You can redeem Cash Back Rewards the day after you complete a reward year. Once you’ve successfully completed a reward year, your account must be in good standing and have a positive balance at the time of redemption. You have up to 1 year to claim your Cash Back Rewards before they expire. You must redeem all of your Cash Back rewards that are eligible. Partial redemption is not permitted
When ready, simply log in to your online account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Upon redemption, we’ll credit your balance with all of the rewards you earned for the reward year.
