Log in to your Walmart MoneyCard app.

Log in to your Walmart MoneyCard app & tap Menu.

Tap Manage cards in the Account menu.

Tap Report a card lost or stolen.

Confirm the address is accurate.*

Confirm the address is accurate or edit the correct address & Tap Confirm card lost or stolen.*

Tap Get cash now.

*This immediately deactivates your card & sends a replacement to the mailing address we have for your account.

Must be 18 or older to purchase a Walmart MoneyCard. Activation requires online access and identity verification (including SSN) to open an account. Mobile or email verification and mobile app are required to access all features
